I've been so busy recently with a number of school visits but my last one before the summer holidays was a trip to Meadowbrook Montessori School in Warfield. A huge thank you to everybody at the school who looked after me and to the children, who were amazingly well behaved and inquisitive.
A big thank you to the parent who kindly snapped this picture of her daughters reading their copies of Annie's Grannies and for allowing me to use it.
I've been asked recently if there are any privileges to being an Author, I think I can honestly say visiting schools and chatting to the children is a privilege. Every session I do is different from new ideas to challenging questions from young minds that are just starting out or in the early years of their educational journey. I feel quite honoured and look forward to many more visits.
